"As the business owner, I want to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I feel that this review could have been avoided. But fact is, the patio was completed 100%... The deck had been removed and prepared for the new decking. Our company couldn't compete the deck replacement due to unavoidable circumstances. We will be more than happy to refund this customer the $4,000.00 for decking materials as agreed between Mr. [Member Name Removed] and myself. We do not normally conduct business practices like this, but Mr. [Member Name Removed] knows the circumstances behind the issue. Again, I would like to personally apologize for the inconvenience of this. We will be in contact to set up payment arrangements. Thank you for your time!"
