I did not think that the carpet were cleaned as I was in another area of the house. But when I went to take a look they were cleaned, even though I had a few spots in one of my kids room. He was able to remove some spots I thought were hopeless. After the job was done, all rooms looked 100% better, and we didn't have to replace any carpet.
