Excellent! They were actually earlier than assigned appointment time! Very professional! We used them before when we first purchased our home 2 years ago. We thought the carpets in house were ruined and beyond saving but Doctor Steam came out and worked their “magic” and saved us from a $3-5000 carpet replacement! So, of course we used them again this time and, again, our carpets look fresh and clean! Ron is a great guy! We highly recommend them!

It was good. He came in, got everything done and did what he said he was going to do. I haven't actually seen it because it is at my tenants place but I'm gonna assume the quality is good because he hasn't complained.

They are excellent. They are pricier than like when you see the stuff in the coupon they are like five rooms for $799, but at the end of the day it was cost effective because they have honestly saved carpets that I thought I was going to have to replace. If you know your carpet cleaning it is worth it because they really do clean carpet these other places that you think are cheaper they just make your carpet wet so I don't how to do it. They are not the cheapest in town, but the value what they do is so much higher. I can't explain it. He is much better than anybody else. There are phenomenally cleaner. I have recommended them to people.

It was about $375 for the whole house. They were just prompt, on time, courteous and did a good job. The workers were professional. There is nothing that they need to work on, I was totally satisfied with their work. Two people came out to complete the service. It took them about two hours to complete the work. So many times in today's world people say they're going to show up and they don't. I don't care if it's for an estimate or to come back and do the work, they come out, they give you an estimate or they give you a price, you set up an appointment with them and they never come back. I run into it constantly.

They never called or emailed me. I called them, only got their voice mail, left my number, no response. Called Angieslist and asked them to cancel my order and money paid was refunded.

The team that came to the house were professional and courteous plus they explained how the carpets would be cleaned. I very happy with the final results. They measured the rooms to be done and only included the square foot area to be cleaned. I do not feel I was overcharged or taken advantage of, in fact the estimate was higher than the actual cost. I had the same carpets cleaned by a large chain a few years ago and they didn't get the carpets anywhere as clean, nor as soft. Do yourself a favor and hire Doctor Steam you won't be disappointed.

Doctor Steam did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in the home we just purchased. They were able to get out all of the pet stains from the previous owner and the carpets looked almost new when they were done. They were professional, friendly and great to work with. I will definitely use them again.

My family was out of town for a few days and I needed to have my carpet cleaned in a hurry before they returned. It is important to me to use very reputable companies and I found Dr. Steam on Angie's List. I called on a Thursday and let them know my situation. Fortunately they had a cancellation early Friday morning and I was able to schedule them to visit my home. They arrived on schedule, explained to me exactly what they were going to do and quoted an exact price. After giving my approval they quickly got to work and continued diligently until the job was complete. They are not the least expensive, but my philosophy is it is better to pay a little extra when you have confidence the service provider will do an excellent job. I had a great experience with Dr. Steam and will use them when I need carpet cleaning services in the future!

I had tried others in the past and they were like we can't get certain odors, we can't get certain stains out and Doctor Steam doesn't talk that way. The owner was a prior chemist before owning his carpet company so he knows how to mix chemicals to deodorize and get out stains.

I had carpet cleaners come here, I had Doctor Steam. He did three carpets and I have a cat, they got the cat urine out of the carpets and all that. He did my sofa too.

I was very pleased with the results. The young man who cleaned, tested the fabrics of each piece of furniture in order to use the proper method. Some of the furniture was quite dirty and I was pleasantly surprised how clean he got everything. I had purchased a polypropylene rug via the mail and it came with creases in it, that weren't flattening out. He checked with the owner via phone and tried steaming the rug. He did that as a favor to me at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. I have never had furniture professionally cleaned because of the cost, but after seeing how much time he spent and the great results, I am glad I did it and am so glad I didn't try to do it myself! I plan to use Dr Steam again when my carpets need to be cleaned.

Their services have gone very well. I have been using them for about 5 years. They use a water-less system and more of a deep steam clean. I really like their unique system. We recommend them to all of our clients. It is very easy to reach out to the companyand schedule a service with them.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work and service level I received. I called twice and got an answer both times (a rarity with so many companies, these days). I spoke with Ron (the owner) both times. I called to get a quote the first time. I was a little bit concerned when he told me he charges by the square foot. Usually, I just get charged per room. However, the reviews on Angie's List were so favorable, I overlooked it. I described my rooms and was given a ballpark estimate. Ron said I'd get the final cost when the cleaner gets here and has a chance to walk through all the rooms. Again, thinking this is weird...but ok. It so happened that the day my carpets were cleaned, Ron was the one who came out to do the work. He came in a fun Ambulance with Dr. Clean on it. He had a Dr. Clean shirt on. He was well groomed and very professional. I was impressed right off the bat. He did walk through the rooms (even asked where my problem spots were) and provided me with a cost (right on the nose for the estimate). As he was setting up I noticed these wall corner guards he used to protect my walls from the hose. No carpet cleaner I've worked with has ever use those. He also put a rug down to protect my hardwood floors and put a special padding around the front door to deter my cat from running out the door. I really appreciated the care he took to protect my home. I even mentioned that my cat has asthma and he skipped a usual step to protect her health. Courteus, considerate, professional and thorough. That's my kind of contractor! Unfortunately, he couldn't get my traffic pattern stain completely out (because it had been building for too long). He did explain why it was like that and how to prevent my other carpets from getting the same way. I had no problem writing a check in the end. I highly recommend this company.

The technician that came out was on time, very professional. He looked at the damage and did a test spot before cleaning. Then he took his time cleaning every spot. Jim explained to me as he was cleaning what he was doing. My items look amazing compared to how they did look. I thought I was going to have to have the couch recovered. I am hopeful now that won't be the case. I love this company that I found. I will be a return customer!!

I had a couch, chair and ottoman cleaned that had been in storage and had water spots on them. The pieces look amazing now that they have been cleaned. I am most pleased with the work. I spoke to the owner in detail about our issue and he sent his worker Jim to clean my furniture. Jim was so kind and professional and a great communicator. I would highly recommend Doctor Steam to anyone.

Aaron is a polite, hard worker who takes pride in doing a quality job. He moved much of the furniture and placed protectors underneath the legs of the larger items. The carpeting dried is less than a day with a clean smell and no musty odor that was prevalent after another company had cleaned the carpets. Arron also gave us a suggestion of dying the grout on our kitchen floor and we plan to us their services for that job too. I highly recommend Doctor Steam.
