Excellent! They were actually earlier than assigned appointment time! Very professional! We used them before when we first purchased our home 2 years ago. We thought the carpets in house were ruined and beyond saving but Doctor Steam came out and worked their “magic” and saved us from a $3-5000 carpet replacement! So, of course we used them again this time and, again, our carpets look fresh and clean! Ron is a great guy! We highly recommend them!

It was good. He came in, got everything done and did what he said he was going to do. I haven't actually seen it because it is at my tenants place but I'm gonna assume the quality is good because he hasn't complained.

They are excellent. They are pricier than like when you see the stuff in the coupon they are like five rooms for $799, but at the end of the day it was cost effective because they have honestly saved carpets that I thought I was going to have to replace. If you know your carpet cleaning it is worth it because they really do clean carpet these other places that you think are cheaper they just make your carpet wet so I don't how to do it. They are not the cheapest in town, but the value what they do is so much higher. I can't explain it. He is much better than anybody else. There are phenomenally cleaner. I have recommended them to people.

Low budget cleaners often skip steps in the cleaning, use cheap cleaning agents, or have poor equipment. We clean carpets per the manufacturer's required process. It was about $375 for the whole house. They were just prompt, on time, courteous and did a good job. The workers were professional. There is nothing that they need to work on, I was totally satisfied with their work. Two people came out to complete the service. It took them about two hours to complete the work. So many times in today's world people say they're going to show up and they don't. I don't care if it's for an estimate or to come back and do the work, they come out, they give you an estimate or they give you a price, you set up an appointment with them and they never come back. I run into it constantly.

The team that came to the house were professional and courteous plus they explained how the carpets would be cleaned. I very happy with the final results. They measured the rooms to be done and only included the square foot area to be cleaned. I do not feel I was overcharged or taken advantage of, in fact the estimate was higher than the actual cost. I had the same carpets cleaned by a large chain a few years ago and they didn't get the carpets anywhere as clean, nor as soft. Do yourself a favor and hire Doctor Steam you won't be disappointed.

Doctor Steam did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in the home we just purchased. They were able to get out all of the pet stains from the previous owner and the carpets looked almost new when they were done. They were professional, friendly and great to work with. I will definitely use them again.

My family was out of town for a few days and I needed to have my carpet cleaned in a hurry before they returned. It is important to me to use very reputable companies and I found Dr. Steam on Angie's List. I called on a Thursday and let them know my situation. Fortunately they had a cancellation early Friday morning and I was able to schedule them to visit my home. They arrived on schedule, explained to me exactly what they were going to do and quoted an exact price. After giving my approval they quickly got to work and continued diligently until the job was complete. They are not the least expensive, but my philosophy is it is better to pay a little extra when you have confidence the service provider will do an excellent job. I had a great experience with Dr. Steam and will use them when I need carpet cleaning services in the future!
