Owner DIDN'T return *2* phone calls (10/30 or 11/2 both made at 8AM) *NOR* reply to my email (sent following week) concerning my dissatisfaction. Receptionist had VERY much an "I don't care" attitude 3 of the times I spoke over the phone with her. Cleaner was informed about my issue and made NO attempt to help remedy the issue with a reduction of the fees. My dissatisfaction began the morning of the appointment. When I scheduled the appointment several weeks earlier, I requested as close to the 9AM time as possible b/c I had to be at work @ noon. I have made this request several times over the many years I've been using Clean Right & had no problems before. I called that morning at 8:30 to see if the receptionist could give me an idea of the time I could expect. She was NOT helpful other than to say, "You're scheduled between 9 and 12." She did add repeatedly, "They will call you before they arrive." I explained several times that when I'd made the appointment I'd requested as close to 9 AM as possible. Again, same attitude of "I don't care, just here to get my paycheck." At 11 when I'd received NO call yet, I called once again & the receptionist did offer at that point to call the cleaners. WHY NOT OFFER TO DO THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE WHEN I CALLED AT 8:30???!!!! About 11:20 I got a call from the cleaner who apologized several times, said there WAS *NO* SPECIAL NOTE TO ARRIVE ABOUT 9AM, & said they are in Beavercreek (I live in Tipp!) & on their way to do a job there but would then be on their way to my home. He mentioned they were going to stop for lunch first but would wait until after my job APPARENTLY EVEN BEING SCHEDULED 9-12 DIDN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE EITHER B/C CLEARLY THEY WOULDN'T HAVE ARRIVED BEFORE 12?!?!?!?! They arrived for my 9-12 appointment (which I'd requested about 9AM!!) at 12:20. The cleaner apologized again, suggested I call & speak to the owner & that he's typically available at 8AM. He stated he could NOT make any adjustments to my fees. HE DOESN'T HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE AMENDS FOR THEIR MISTAKES???!!!! I was disappointment that my relatively clean carpet didn't have more of the stains removed. I have 2 kids & 2 cats but try to keep the carpets as clean as possible between my yearly Clean Right cleanings (since we've lived in our home since 2008). Despite my best efforts, there are still stains that occur & in the past, Clean Right *HAS* been able to remove the majority of the stains. This occasion, I found that the MAJORITY of stains REMAINED. They have a 7 day guarantee but after the LACK OF RESPECT & LACK OF CONCERN I was shown BY THE OWNER & receptionist (FOR BOTH MY TIME & MY FEEDBACK!), I elected NOT to have them back in my home, EVER! I was 1 1/2 hour late to work & this cost me about $50 just in the money, not to mention my valuable time in unanswered phone calls & e-mail & obvious frustration about the ordeal. Additionally I'm never late to work! The receptionist was helpful when I'd called a 2nd time to speak to the owner; she let me know the original phone message she'd written 4 days earlier was STILL on his desk! I now have to take the time to find a new company who will be respectful of my time and do a good job. I'm usually a very loyal customer but clearly Clean Right doesn't have what it takes to retain satisfied customers & would rather continue to spend thousands of dollars advertising to attract new customers. I have in the past referred several customers but those repeat customers are now searching for new cleaners as well. If the owner happens to have TRUE desire at SOME point to improve business & the type of employees who represent his business, I would suggest he read VISIBILITY MARKETING by DAVID AVRIN. - 4 weeks following appointment.

Very pleased, and able to take spots out. I had a coupon. They were professional. They were timely, they came on time. The receptionist she answered all my questions, and called with an reminder. I was very pleased, no complaints, or anything. They were not late or anything. This was my second time using them, a year prior.

I originally called to ask for an estimate. I'm not sure why they need to send someone out to do an in-home estimate on an area rug and on top of that you'll need to set aside a 3 hour window to wait on a tech to come out, look at it and give you an estimate. I'm not sure why the receptionists can't just tell you that they charge $3 a sq. ft. for area rugs. The original tech was nice enough (but showed up an HOUR before the appointment time even started and then waited outside until we returned home. I was not comfortable with that and it made me feel rushed.) The tech then made a big deal over their "state-of-the-art" rug cleaning machine that no one else in Dayton has. Obviously I had high hopes that my rug would be treated well and cleaned thoroughly. I call back in a few days and tell them I'd like to have it cleaned and once more have to wait for a pick-up with a 3 hour window. Same tech came out and picked it up, he came within the appointment time this time. He told me that it would take a full week to get it cleaned (7 days) because they like to send it through the machine, let it dry and then see if it needs to be washed again. I wait the full week and our drop-off time is scheduled for between 8am-11am (yes, another 3 hour window). We wait the ENTIRE time and no one shows up. I call the business and have to wait on hold for 15 minutes while the receptionist tracks down who did my pick-up, where my rug is, what's going on.........it was highly unorganized and she was annoyed with having to deal with my call. I find out that apparently one of the cleaning techs wanted to hit it with the steam cleaner and use a deodorizer on it. I appreciate it but I really need my rug back at this point and I have errands to run. They say they'll be out at 2pm that day, more waiting. The tech shows up and apologizes profusely for the delay and is obviously stressed out. He mentions that the guys who do the pick ups for area rugs just toss the rugs by the rug cleaning machine and don't label them or tell the tech whose rug is whose (REALLY???? I also saw this happened to another customer who had her delivery cancelled and then her rug almost delivered to another house!) The tech had to search through the rugs to find mine. I'm not sure if it was truly run through the machine at all and if it was why would you need to run a steamer over it and then deodorize it the same day as it's supposed to be delivered back to the customer? Our rug wasn't that dirty to begin with but it certainly doesn't feel any cleaner. It looks a little bit brighter but that's all I can say and is still pretty matted in some spots not to mention it feels sticky in spots from the deodorizer they sprayed on at the last minute. I was delivered a damp, and in some spots very wet, 8 x 10 area rug (another reviewer mentioned this same complaint about a wet area rug) and am hoping it does not damage our original wood floors. You would think that having my rug for 7 days would be enough time to really get the job done right and have it dried almost entirely, not to mention waiting for hours and hours for people to show up. Honestly, for the price I paid to have my rug cleaned it would've been alot easier and way less of a hassle to go out and buy a new rug.

The provider come on time to clean the carpet on time and for the quoted price. The carpet was fairly heavy with stains. I had cleaned a small spot by hand to see how it would come out and it did fairly well. The carpet provider did not appear to remove any, or very little of the stains. I was unable at the time check how it came out since I needed to wait for the carpet to dry and could not go up the stairs. I would only recommend their carpet service if you need light cleaning. If you have heavy stains their cleaning process equipment is not sufficient to perform the job.

All areas they cleaned had significant traffic dirt and stains and they did an excellent job!  I have used them in the past and will again as the end result was noticeably superior to other carpet cleaning services.

THE DRIVERS CAME AND PICKED UP MY RUGS AND TOOK THEM AT NO COST TO ME. THEN THEY BROUGHT THEM BACK THREE DAYS LATER AND THEY LOOKED LIKE NEW. WRAPPED, CLEAN AND SMELLING EXCELLENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

My experience with Clean Right was hands down one of the best I have had with a local company in a while.  They were so courteous and professional. From beginning to end. I received a courtesy call when the technicians were on their way to my home. (I had an experience with another company who showed up but didn't even knock or call.) The technicians explained the process, and went over my bill before they got started to make sure I was OK with price. They were very kind to me and represented the company well.  
Just before they left I remembered I wanted to ask about my oriental rug I needed cleaned, even though I was very iffy about having it cleaned again since another company gave me a hefty bill and left it dirty and wet.  They explained their rug process was much different from a steam cleaning, and showed me before and after pictures of a recent rug they had cleaned. I agreed to let them clean it.
When technicians brought the rug back I could not believe how clean the rug was. It was completely dry, smelled clean, and looked like NEW! My carpets look great! My rug is like new! And I will be referring my family and friends to them! Prices were great too!

They did wonderful! I have used them multiple times, and every time have gotten exceptional customer service. The quality you get with the price is amazing!! When they cleaned my 8x10 rug they restored it to looking almost new, and I was so pleased when they cleaned my car and they even got a chocolate pudding stain out that happened 8 months ago!  I will recommend them to anyone and everyone, and continue getting using their services myself.

I called on a Wednesday and they came the next day.  I had 5 rooms to be cleaned, but two of them were where my puppy peed until I got her trained.  They sprayed some deodorizer in the two rooms, and charged a little extra for that, but getting rid of the odor was worth every penny.  Then they started cleaning the carpet. They were very professional, moved a lot of my furniture and I have not smelled the dog odor since and she no longer goes there to pee. I am very pleased with the service and the people.  The cleaners were nice and the girl I talked to on the phone was especially helpful in arranging my service time so I didn't have to wait around all day.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They don't "clean" your carpet. They simply go over the carpet surface ONCE. They came to clean 5 areas and I asked for two more rooms so they "cleaned" 7 areas.  They came at 2:40pm and left at 3:10pm. First time, they would have left at 3:05 had I not complained. That's 7 areas in 25 minutes. That's less than 4 minutes in each area.  I argued twice about two different beds.  They told me they do not move furniture. They weren't going to use the Styrofoam block until I asked. I noticed one guy went over the carpet once. Just once very quickly.   When I asked him to move the bed he said, "We don't move furniture, Ma'am.  You will be paying a lot more if we have to move furniture."  I said, "I did you guys a favor by moving some stuff out of the room. You are supposed to move at least beds!"  He said, "It's too much stuff underneath it for us to clean."  So I asked him to slide the bed forward to clean. At least he didn't refuse but he was very reluctant. Then in one of the bedrooms, I asked him to make sure to move that bed since it has wheels and should be easy.  Well, I found out they didn't move that one.  I went up to one of the bedrooms and found that they didn't clean under the bed. When I told him it needs to get done, he said, "It's too much stuff underneath it for us to clean."  So I told him, I will move that "too much stuff" of two empty clear boxes and two pieces of t-shirts so you clean it!  I got down on my knees, getting wet knees on my pants and removed those things in 2 seconds. I waited until they unloaded the hose again, attached the wand again and quickly went over the area.

I had even told them I only got them because of the date you are available (next day). Do a good job and I will give you a tip.  Well, it didn't matter to them at all. It's a good thing I had pre-treated the carpet with Nature's Miracle in all the spots.  I would have been better off waiting a few extra days with another quality carpet cleaner.  I wish I knew which one to call!!  This company does not deserve A.  Or perhaps I got the bad crew like the person who had them on Nov 8th.  In any rate, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

We do move sofas,chairs,end tables and most any item that makes sense for us to safely move.we also include placing blocks or tabs under anything we move. We at minimum had a breakdown in communication,we also obviously did not please you with our work.steps may have been skipped. Whatever I can do to change your opinion of our company I will. First thing is I will offer you a full refund,second thing is if you need future service the next time is on us,no charge to you at all. They were excellent, and we had to make changes with them because the power company shut off the power to the house, so we called them the day before and let them, know, and they rescheduled it to as soon as the power  came back on.

I have lived in my house for 21 years and have had the carpets cleaned twice a year. This is the first time I used Clean Right because my usually cleaner was booked and I needed them done before Thanksgiving. Clean right price is very good but you get what you pay for. They went real quick resulting in spots missed. They cleaned 5 rooms in 25 minutes (furniture was moved by me). They didn't apply any pre treatment that was part of the treatment process. Most spot missed were small but when I got out my Bissell I got the spots up. When they left the carpet was more wet than when I use my regular cleaner. I believe my regular cleaner double vacuums to extract more water or has a stronger suction. Lastly they charged a $7.50 fuel surcharge, which I did not complain but did ask why and he said other charge this fee. He said Stanley Steamer charges 12.95. This is incorrect, I went on their website and received an e-quote which included all fees and taxes and there was not a fuel surcharge. I don't like lies.
