I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They don't "clean" your carpet. They simply go over the carpet surface ONCE. They came to clean 5 areas and I asked for two more rooms so they "cleaned" 7 areas. They came at 2:40pm and left at 3:10pm. First time, they would have left at 3:05 had I not complained. That's 7 areas in 25 minutes. That's less than 4 minutes in each area. I argued twice about two different beds. They told me they do not move furniture. They weren't going to use the Styrofoam block until I asked. I noticed one guy went over the carpet once. Just once very quickly. When I asked him to move the bed he said, "We don't move furniture, Ma'am. You will be paying a lot more if we have to move furniture." I said, "I did you guys a favor by moving some stuff out of the room. You are supposed to move at least beds!" He said, "It's too much stuff underneath it for us to clean." So I asked him to slide the bed forward to clean. At least he didn't refuse but he was very reluctant. Then in one of the bedrooms, I asked him to make sure to move that bed since it has wheels and should be easy. Well, I found out they didn't move that one. I went up to one of the bedrooms and found that they didn't clean under the bed. When I told him it needs to get done, he said, "It's too much stuff underneath it for us to clean." So I told him, I will move that "too much stuff" of two empty clear boxes and two pieces of t-shirts so you clean it! I got down on my knees, getting wet knees on my pants and removed those things in 2 seconds. I waited until they unloaded the hose again, attached the wand again and quickly went over the area.
I had even told them I only got them because of the date you are available (next day). Do a good job and I will give you a tip. Well, it didn't matter to them at all. It's a good thing I had pre-treated the carpet with Nature's Miracle in all the spots. I would have been better off waiting a few extra days with another quality carpet cleaner. I wish I knew which one to call!! This company does not deserve A. Or perhaps I got the bad crew like the person who had them on Nov 8th. In any rate, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

It is my hope that we can somehow make it up to you,I understand time spent on the cleaning process and how that can be an issue,how can it be clean if it takes only a few minutes per room. I'm certainly not making excuses,sometimes it takes longer than others depending on how heavily soiled the carpet is.sometimes the process is fast because of the strength of the machinery and water temperature and the cleaning solution. Please find the video of one of our crews cleaning a room covered in marker of some type,you will se how quickly it peels away. Concerning furniture moving it is our policy to not move beds and electronics,we've had to adopt this policy because of the fragility of those items. Sometimes bed frames can crack and sometimes electronics can stop working after handing them. We do move sofas,chairs,end tables and most any item that makes sense for us to safely move.we also include placing blocks or tabs under anything we move. We at minimum had a breakdown in communication,we also obviously did not please you with our work.steps may have been skipped. Whatever I can do to change your opinion of our company I will. First thing is I will offer you a full refund,second thing is if you need future service the next time is on us,no charge to you at all. "[Member name removed] Hi I'm Kevin Clark owner of Clean Right,my apologies for the poor experience you had with my company, based on your comments steps may have been skipped,our policy is to first pretreat problem areas with a hydro force sprayer,sounds like this was not done,we certainly do take an extra drying pass to extract excess water,sounds like this may not have been performed. Concerning fuel and disposal fee of 7.50 yes we charge that fee and yes it's true that some maybe most of our competition charges a fee,the ones that I'm personally aware of charge significantly more than we do.
