"Ecoplumbers installed a Nivean tankless water heater for me. I had a lot of issues with it (that turned out to be electrical issues in my old house, not the water heater), and they would send a technician out even on the weekends to try to help me troubleshoot. I would definitely recommend them--top notch customer service."
