Since was found that it was actually Akron's property and responsibility it ignited a whole different issue while the pipes were still leaking. This issue had taken a different course of direction and problems. It was known that the City of Akron had to shut off replaced their old and faulty valve system. This a life of its own. In any event, Matt the technician handled this three-day issue with the utmost of expertise and professionalism. I could not have asked for a more friendly and confident plumber than Matt.
