I am pleased that I did. I had to work out of town that day and couldn't be onsite, but Rick kindly coordinated with my father to meet at my house. He arrived on time and completed the sewer line cleaning quickly. He had additional plumbers with him to help. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves well. Rick also had experience working with home warranty companies previously and was accommodating of the approval process that needed to be completed with a vendor "outside of network" so that I could get the work covered beyond the deductible. I'm very pleased with the work and everything has been working great since.
I called Bintrim's Plumbing and got his answering service/business and she told me she would message him and he called me right back! He was on his way to another job and told me if it went smoothly he would call me either way and maybe be able to be here today. He called me back after he was finished and said he would be at my house shortly! He came and he and his worker worked fast and neatly and got the job done! I was pleasantly surprised that he came today! I have had bad luck with others I have called years past and he will definitely be on my list to call when I need a Plumber again!!!!! A+++++++++
I called at about 11:00 am and got a very pleasant lady that took all my information, and a description of the problem. She told me she would relay the information to Mr. Bintrim who was on a job , and he would call me back as soon as possible being it was a small emergence with no water.
Sure enough, Mr. Bintrim called within an hour and asked me to confirm my location and problem. He was about 25 mile away, and would try to finish the current job he was on and see if he could squeeze me in.
Then about an hour later he called and said he had finished up his current job, and was loading up to come to my location to see if he could get me up and running. He arrived about 45 minutes later, and went right to work.
We went down into the basemeent, Mr Bintrim checked out the problem, and started to work , while his assistant went to the truck to get all the parts needed for the repair.
Mr Bintrim and his assistant had found and fixed the problem within 45 minutes. They were very professional, and even installed some insulation to help prevent the pipes from freezing in the future.
I was impressed with both the service, and speed of the Bintrim Plumbing. They did not know me from Adam, but drove 25 miles to squeeze me in and repair my leak, and return water service. I would, and probably will, use them in the future.
