All true. I already had the window counts and measurements, so sure, I requested a free quote to make sure that we were getting a good deal from the other place that was giving us "free" installation. Imagine my surprise when Zen’s price including installation was lower. No pressure. No add-ons. Bill came out to do the real measurements (so glad he didn’t trust mine!) and then Dan ordered our windows. The crew arrived on time and were able to replace every window in our house and the sliding glass door in less than 2 days. They even washed every window and cleaned up and hauled away the debris from removing the old windows. The house is so much cooler this summer, so we’re looking forward to reduced energy costs this winter, too. Our new windows look great and are easy to clean from the inside. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
