"Easy to make an appointments. I had to re-schedule my appointment and that went smoothly as well. Once, I called about a problem and the tech was here within 1/2 hour. While he was here, without being asked, he assisted with another problem with the hot water tank when he overheard my daughter and I talking about it.
The receptionist is very friendly and nice to deal with. The tech was knowledgeable and punctual and easy to work with. His manager stopped by and was very professional and personable as well.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The crew took the time to answer my questions throughout my project. Including taking the time to send me videos of the progress in the crawl space as I do not go down there. The also we’re going to work to provide in house financing, although I did not end up using that service, it is nice to know they were going to work with me.
