"We found evidence of termite infestation. They responded quickly and inspected property the following day. Price was reasonable and employee was knowledgeable. "Still having problems with the carpenter ants and the swarmers, but Terminex has been good about coming back out to retreat. I have been advised they are a little difficult to be rid of. I do have an issue with their communication between the web and individual branches though. I paid for year advance through the web site, the branch wasn't aware so I finally got that worked out (I hope) but I'm still recieving bills."
