"Efficient and upfront on pricing. Another company was not honest and tried to tell us our whole electric panel needed replaced as it a was fire hazard at an estimate of 14K. This was not the issue. Our fuse box not that old. Wards installed surge protector since fuses sometimes trip and plugged up some holes that was causing a whistle sound. There is still a slight whistle sound but not coming from panel probably from gaps in window and not a fire hazard. Fixed for around 500$. Always get a second opinion."

Once we removed the original shower wall inserts Don was able to troubleshoot and correct the issue. Job did take longer than originally expected due to the unexpected issues but he was very accommodating and made no complaints when it caused more trips to the hardware store for extra supplies.
