"Efficient and upfront on pricing. Another company was not honest and tried to tell us our whole electric panel needed replaced as it a was fire hazard at an estimate of 14K. This was not the issue. Our fuse box not that old. Wards installed surge protector since fuses sometimes trip and plugged up some holes that was causing a whistle sound. There is still a slight whistle sound but not coming from panel probably from gaps in window and not a fire hazard. Fixed for around 500$. Always get a second opinion."

He even fixed a threshold piece that was loose even though it wasn’t part of the initial job. I ended up using him for installing shower tile in my master bathroom as well. We ended up running into issues due to my walls not being even and not having been properly insulated. Once we removed the original shower wall inserts Don was able to troubleshoot and correct the issue. Job did take longer than originally expected due to the unexpected issues but he was very accommodating and made no complaints when it caused more trips to the hardware store for extra supplies. I like how he explained everything he was doing and how everything worked."
