"Tim and his crew did an excellent job restoring damaged wood floor and baseboards of my older home. He took the time to find a solution in matching materials since they no longer make the flooring or baseboards for my older home. The end result? You could not tell it was a restoration as it appeared like the original materials. Unbelievable craftsmanship not to mention professional demeanor. Will I hire him again? Yep! Iâ m sending him a list of my needed repairs with confidence that the job will performed to my satisfaction. Thank you, Tim!"

"Travis and his team did a wonderful job.  I was very pleased with the quote and timeliness of their work.  They painted all of the interior walls neutral colors with paint I provided (no ceilings) and painted the trim and doors white.
My condo has a large open living room and kitchen, a hallway, two bedrooms, and a bathroom on the upper floor and two bedrooms, a hallway, and a bathroom on the lower floor.  The size of my condo is 1565 square feet.  There is also a garage on the lower floor, but that was not painted.
The trim needed to be done since I recently had laminate floors installed and the primed quarter-round needed paint.  If you aren't familiar with pre-primed trim, it looks pretty nice when it goes in, but it scuffs really easily and doesn't look very good for very long.  He filled all of the nail holes in the new trim pieces and gave them two coats of paint.  He also painted the trim around the doors and the interior doors bright white.  It looks lovely.
He patched small nail and screw holes in the drywall and painted all of the interior walls.  I did not have the inside of the closets painted, but the outside of the closet doors were painted.  The inside of the closets weren't pristine, but they weren't in a condition to warrant repainting.
Everything looks beautiful and I think his price was very good.  I was pleased with the work and would definitely hire him again.
The price included all of the work and the materials he used (brushes, etc.).  He brought his own drop cloths, ladders, and everything else needed for the job other than paint.  The price did not include the price of the interior paint.  The price included the price of the paint for the exterior fence since I asked him to pick that up after getting a sample of the required color from the home owner's association.

"I wasn't sure the steps could even be repaired since so much concrete had chipped off and cracked over the years.  But Grover Woody came out and looked it over and gave me an estimate on the spot.  Weather and our being out of town postponed the job, but we set a new timeline, and he came just when expected, did a wonderful job fixing the steps.  I'm so pleased with the result, and that I decided to check on repair rather than just go with replacement.  I couldn't be more pleased with the interaction with Mr. Woody and with the work he did.

Pole Barn Builders questions, answered by experts

There's no simple answer to which is less costly: wood or metal-framed homes. In most cases, metal building components cost more than wooden ones, while entire metal buildings cost less than wooden versions. However, regardless of the exterior framing or structure, each must meet similar building codes. This means that the costs are about the same, even considering that wood will require more maintenance than metal over time.

Choose a barn door with an extra two to three inches on either side of the frame. The width of the barn door will depend on the type and placement of your track, but in most cases, an additional inch or two will do the trick.

American badgers sleep in the burrows they dig, which can be extensive, featuring multiple chambers and tunnels. Badgers prefer to excavate their dens in open grasslands, prairies, and fields where the soil is easy to dig. They are solitary animals and usually have several burrows within their territory to use as needed. These underground homes provide them with a safe and secure place to rest during the day and to raise their young.

Adding an extension or addition to your home costs more than a loft conversion in all but the rarest cases where the home's structural integrity is lacking. Because a home addition requires a new foundation section or significant structural upgrades to handle a cantilevered portion, the cost compared to almost any loft conversion is significantly greater for the same square footage.

Common pitfalls include underestimating the cost of site preparation, overlooking permit and utility fees, and not setting aside funds for unexpected changes. Change orders during construction can disrupt your budget. It’s best to plan a detailed budget, obtain multiple quotes, and include a 10% to 15% contingency fund for unexpected expenses.
