Great. Told me 19 year old roof doesn't need replacing yet. Didn't try to sell me unnecessary services. Caulked areas and recommended another inspection in a year. I will definitely call him in a year.

Jason and his crew did an excellent job! Our house has a very high, steep roof, with several levels that intersect the siding, so it was a difficult job. He was very thorough in reviewing the issues with our roof, recommending what needed to be done and answering all of my questions. He was very responsive as we tried to plan timing around several unexpected late spring snows which made it unsafe to do the job as scheduled. He shared pictures before, during and after the job so I knew exactly what was going on. They were very thorough with the work, replacing damaged areas of the roof, replacing flashing and cleaning up at the end of each day. When they replaced the flashing where the roof intersected the siding, a lot of the cedar shakes broke and they needed to replace them. Jason only charged us an additional $800 for that work despite the fact that it took his crew three more days to do it. I was impressed by his attention to detail, responsiveness and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to others.

I called Guaranteed Roofing because of a recommendation from a coworker, and Jason answered the phone. I told him that I needed a ridge vent repaired, and he told me the earliest he could do it was probably next week because he was about to go on vacation. I told him that other companies said pretty much the same thing time wise, so thanks anyway (two other companies I had contacted via Angie's List had yet to commit to fixing my roof). He returned my call 5 minutes later and asked me to send him a photo of the roof. I sent it to him around 11:20 in the morning, and he was on my roof around 1:00 fixing it. It may have been coincidence, that he happened to be in the area, but I'm sure he'd have been there promptly anyway. The fact that he was thoughtful enough to call me back after our initial call just blew me away. You just don't see people who care that much about other people these days! Jason was kind and professional, and even showed me before and after pictures of the work. I greatly appreciate the prompt, professional service and the reasonable price. He repaired an even larger section of my roof than either of us thought he would have to, and he did it at no additional cost. I would recommend this company to anyone, and I will not be shopping around next time I need roof work!

It was a quick and easy process. They were one the only company that did an estimate on the spot. I really appreciate how easy it was to work with them. During the actual replacement pictures were sent to me so that I was able to see what was needed to be done and why.

Guaranteed Roofing did a great job on our house. We had a total roof replacement August 2017. Our roof is extra large and I thought it would take a while to get the whole project done, but Jason and his crew took two days working from 7am-7pm to get it completed. I thought this was extremely impressive due to the fact the temperature was in the 90s and they were on the roof top without any shade! They only took a break for lunch too. When they were done, they took great care, to the extent that they used magnets and metal detectors to get all of the nails extracted from our yard. I would highly recommend this business for anyone who needs a new roof or roof repair!

This was a great experience. Willie Hurst was excellent to work with and the crew showed up on time and did a professional job. They pointed out several areas that needed corrected (both original construction work that needed fixed, and a bad repair that had been done around the chimney area). They took care of all issues and my roof looks great. And no more leaks! Thanks!

Jason was professional and helpful, took the time to understand what we wanted and put together a quote to meet our needs. Jason and his crew arrived on time and did a great job. Jason explained to me what they were doing and made sure I was happy with the work. In addition to the section of roof decking that I requested to be replaced, after the old roofing was removed two other places were discovered where the roof decking had deteriorated, and they immediately replaced those with two new sheets free of charge. The flashing in particular was very well done where the walls met a lower roof, both step flashing and counter flashing, and the finished product looked very good. The crew laid tarps to protect landscaping and catch the old roofing material and debris and did a thorough cleanup after the job. Only a very small amount of leftover trash and debris escaped their final walkaround inspection. They were done in a day, but came back a few days later to make sure we were fully satisfied.

Jason went out, evaluated the entire roof, and made the necessary repairs. He also pointed out some other areas to keep an eye on, but there was no pressure on that work or a push to replace the entire roof. The work was completed within 2 weeks of scheduling, which included working around some rainy/cold/icy days. VERY satisfied with the experience!

Everything went very smoothly! From start to finish, there were no issues and Willie happily answered all of our many questions throughout the entire process. He came out several times to show samples, explain, etc. and corresponded promptly though phone calls and email. We are extremely pleased with our new roof and skylight and the service provided. They even redid an area (for no extra charge) where the satellite dish company incorrectly mounted the dish. HIs men worked very hard and completed the job in the time frame that was quoted to us. The amount we paid was very reasonable even though our insurance was covering the cost (another company raised their quote once they heard the insurance was paying). We wholeheartedly recommend this company and would use them again without a doubt!

They did a good job. I was amazed because they came in just as I was leaving for work and it was done when I got home from work. They took all the shingles off down to the wood and they took pictures as things progressed and that was nice because I could sort of validate what they did. With all the shingles on, you can't tell. They are friendly and very efficient. They got the job done and cleaned up afterwards. I can't tell right now but it looks like they did a good job. We will see how it lasts. The price seemed somewhat reasonable to me. The roof looks nice.

It went perfectly and was completed in one day. Jason at Guaranteed Roofing had helped me out a couple of times for storm damage to the roof of my mom's house. I found him with a top rating on Angie's List. He provided excellent service at a fair price. Recently, a door to door roofing contractor solicited my mom for a new roof due to additional storm damage this spring. Her homeowner's insurance approved a total replacement. I contacted the salesperson only to find that he had left the business. I talked to several roofing contractors who had various reviews with BBB and Angie's List. It was hard to separate the wheat from the chaff. I remembered my previous work with Jason at Guaranteed Roofing. He explained the offers from other roofers and what his company would do. I contracted Jason and Guaranteed Roofing and could not be happier. The upgraded shingles look beautiful on her home at the same price as the lower priced shingles.
