He consistently came on time and worked through the day. Before he left he checked out several situations on my roof, fixed a small one at no cost because he was up there, and told me I wouldn't need anything further for several years. We all appreciate that kind of honesty. There were several unforeseen issues, as there almost always are in this kind of work, and he creatively and professionally adjusted so that the finished product looked and worked perfectly.
