Super helpful and reasonably priced!

Installed a 32x14 pool in four days, great workmanship and so respectful.

Performance Pools called me immediately and was able to close my pool within a day of contacting me. I would highly recommend this company for any pool needs.

Easy to schedule. The company used my chemicals to close the pool. The chemicals were to be included in the price. However, they charged me the same as if they provided the chemicals

Performance pools did an excellent job on closing my pool and putting the safety cover on. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. I will even hire them back for next year to instal a new pool lining . Very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to my pool.

The only major concern was lack of follow up with regard to a timetable for service (we had to call every other day). Once the work was scheduled, the service and customer care was excellent.

Just took awhile for the company to call back to set a date to come out, otherwise came out found the problem and got the part ordered. Would use in the future;)

Very disapointed. They were suposed to show up one day and didnt show. I called them to see why they were not here yet and they told me they were backed up and wouldnt be out till thhe next day (person on phone did not sound confident they would be out the next day) she didnt even apologise even though i had sat at home all day for nothing. i had to call the next day and talk to the boss to be sure i would get taken care of that day. dont give yourself the headache, hire a company thats professional!

I was only looking for general information - they called and talked with me over the phone and were very knowledgable and helpful, and not pushy.
