Drew, the owner, is incredibly skilled at his craft and was simply fascinating to watch as he measured, demolished and ultimately replaced with great skill a wall we asked him to remove and replace with glass doors. He was efficient in his work, and patient with us in explaining what he was doing and what he needed from us at every step of the way. We found him to be very personable with a great sense of humor. But most importantly, his work was superior: from demolition; to installation; to finish; to clean up; to follow up, Drew left no stone unturned and was determined to make sure we were satisfied with the job. And we are VERY satisfied, so much so that we are discussing a few future projects. I cannot say this enough: my wife and I ENTHUSIASTICALLY ENDORSE DSR Builders!!!!"

"the job took to long, was not properly cleaned up and I think the price was to high. It took 3 days to finish a 1 day job and caulking was left inside and all over my water hose and wall outside. It took over 2 hours to clean up and there is still dried up caulk inside the utility closet and the outside wall. The person doing the job could hardly walk said he had pain in his leg and said he could not bend down. He did not have any thing to clean up the mess ( rags, vacuum, etc ). There are globs of caulking in the utility closet and he could not sand all of it. This was a poor job overall and with the mess left I really feel there should be some kind of refund for this job.
