"The entire waterproofing job was done in 5 days, Monday to Friday. There was a lot of work that needed to be done and it was quite extensive. All work was done according to the original quote plus there was an additional work that needed to be done that was not picked up by the original quote. We had expected some unforeseen "surprises" due to the horrible condition of the basement walls and knew in advance that this may happen. (and it did) Aside from that, everything was done according to contract and a few extra things were done that we were not charged extra for. That was a very nice gesture on the part of Stay Dry Waterproofing. We would highly recommend using Stay Dry Waterproofing to fix up your basement issues. Pictures submitted here only show one side of the basement. The entire perimeter of the basement was worked on and waterproofed."

Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. "I wish I had hired them first! I hired another company to fix my moving bowed and shearing basement walls. They were primarily a waterproofing company, but said they had the solutions to my issues. 3 months after they were complete, my walls cracked and shifted again. (Note, in the attached photos, the patchwork quilt on the walls was the OTHER company.) OBA fixed my issues the correct way. And they were great at every step. The work crew Caleb, Delontae, and Dylan were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. Caleb made sure to explain what was happening as they did the work and ask if I had questions. The work was thorough, and I feel good about it. And even better, they'll be out in 6 months to ensure everything is working as it should and make adjustments if needed."
