"Every part of our dealing with Window Nation was great. From the product quality, initial contact at Cleveland’s Home and Garden show to the sales appointment and through the install. All the reps we dealt with were informative, professional and courteous. The install of 10 windows, including a picture window that replaced 2 standard side by side windows, went without a problem. "As a first time home buyer, I was already facing a new and stressful situation all by myself. I was aware when I purchased the home it would require work prior to moving in. I sent request to multiple handyman and larger companies to obtain a quote and estimation of time for being able to complete what I need to be able to move in, and then the remaining work. I received quote and estimate on time from this company faster and prompter than any of the other companies I submitted too. After receiving a quote, they came out to my home after scheduling a time frame. They arrived and followed me through the house, paying attention to the details I requested, took notes on everything I was wanting and requesting, and Kareem was able to understand exactly what I needed done. I asked Kareem and his company to run and replace the wiring in the kitchen, the wiring was so old it was at danger of arching and catching fire, and I needed the basement to be waterproofed by installing a sub pump and the entire drainage and pipe system. I informed Kareem I had to have all of this completed within three days, I had to be moving in on the Fourth day, not only did he complete it within the time frame, he completed on the second day by noon, giving me extra time to move in. I was more than happy with this of course, however, as to rewiring of my kitchen he was able to place plugs above the counter tops in very convenient places for me, making life easier. As to waterproofing my basement, the completed work looks amazing, and I am unable to tell that the concrete floors had been ripped open, and was done perfectly. I would highly recommend Kareem and his Company any day and to any of my friends and or family."

We are pleased with the overall appearance of our new bathroom.  It was, however, a long process.  One of our concerns before beginning the project was maintaining cleanliness in the rest of the house while the construction was happening because we have an 18 month old running around.  We discussed this with Dave and he assured us that he would take measures to keep the dust and debris out.  He did cover his walking path and hang up a couple of plastic sheets, but he made no attempt to clean up the daily buildup until about 10 days into the project and also stored tools and supplies in areas of the house that were not being worked on.  While Dave is obviously skilled at home improvements, he lacks attentiveness to detail.  His phone was also a major distraction.  Sometimes it seemed like he forgot what he was doing before it rang, resulting in unfinished work.  For example, he had to remove the new drywall in the shower area so that he could glue the walls down, which he failed to do when he first put them up, which caused them to shift and be unstable. A few days after the job was completed, we discovered that the toilet tank had not been tightened down on one side when it sprung a leak.  He also put a 4" scratch in the new laminate floor while he was installing it, which caused us to have to buy another pack of boards ($66).  While there were a lot of mistakes made, Dave was always willing to correct them.  To reiterate, we are happy with the overall job, there were just a lot of inconveniences along the way.
