"Will was very nice to start off with. He came willingly and gave us an estimate, as well as picked up our $2,600 cash deposit. Once the deposit was paid our level of responsiveness changed and we were always "next on the list." Will never did build our deck because he under bid the job and decided it wasn't worth his while. Where we are at today (one year later) - a police report is being filed today. Any theft over $1,000 is a felony in the State of Ohio and we just want our deposit back. "Very shady experience. He came out to give me a quote for lawn aeration and after looking at the yard and told me "I'll do it for $100". This quote was less than the 2 other companies that gave me a quote so i told him to come out next week to do the job. The 2 other companies quoted me $120 and $180. After finishing the job today, he told me i owed him $400. He tried to tell me I misunderstood him with his accent. I guarantee he has tried this before with people and blaming it on his accent. fortunately, I had the quotes handy from the other companies and told him there was no way i would pay $400 when other companies quoted me $120 and $180. We ended up settling on $150 but the entire experience was very very shady. I will never use him again and would highly suggest a written quote if you decide to enter into an agreement with him. "
