As a result I almost turned around to ask the guy if he'd give me a quote to do some chimney flashing for me. Then my wife noticed a sign out in the yard so I called instead. The next day someone came out and gave me an estimate. I was so impressed with the pricing I asked if he'd be willing to do a small 8 square tear off and replacement. He said absolutely. He has three guys come out a few days later and they had the old shingles removed, removed the old skylights, installed new decking, ice and water shield, drip edge, and new shingles.
