"Kris/KMA Home Improvement was great! What I thought would be an easy project turned out to be more than I thought it would but Kris was great. I was having mold issues from condensation coming through the drywall from duct work. He came up with a solution to fix the issue and hopefully prevent it from happening again. He went above and beyond with the prepping so I never had to clean up a mess from him like I did when the previous company tore the wall down to check where the mold was coming from. He did any amazing job painting everything and even went above and beyond by helping me install a new outlet cover to the ceiling where my garage door opener plug in. Very happy with Kris and already have plenty more projects in mind to hire him for!!"

"I posted my medium sized (about $2000) project on a home improvement app. Demetriceous reached out to me and expressed an interest in the project. He asked for my number through the app, called me and we set up an appointment. No one showed up for the appointment or called me to tell me that no one was coming. When I called Demetriceous later that day to see if there was some sort of scheduling mishap he promptly hung up on me. Since this is apparently how Demetriceous deals with people I'm relieved and grateful that I didn't make the mistake of hiring him."

"It all started when I made my down payment. It said I would be contacted in 1-2 business days but I never heard from them and had to contact them a week later. Responsiveness to texts and calls was poor. I often had to try a second time and sometimes third. It took a good bit of time (a month)just for them to even get out to measure (which took about 5 min- and I am roughly 1 mile from them). My railings were installed about 5 weeks later. They look good BUT there is a lot of play & looseness in them. (I was shown some play in the left railing but the right was worse and was still being installed.) It was also pointed out to me today that it may mot be up to code. (Although- he did give me a $50 credit for the delays) I plan on contacting them tomorrow to see what can be done. I just wonder about those 5 star reviews and no others."
