Keith Kallenborn Gutter Cleaning

Keith Kallenborn is reliable and does a good job.  We will use his services again.

A friend recommended Kallenborn Services for me, and I have been impressed with the pleasant, capable service. 
It is obvious that integrity and professionalism are their calling cards.  Never a profane word, always prompt, and
everything was cleaned up, too.  I appreciate them and will continue to patronize them in the future.

They are polite and prompt. Our gutters are relatively easy and the job takes only 15 minutes. It would be nice to see the price prorated.

I called and made an appointment  to have my gutters cleaned and for Mr. Kallenborn to look at some damaged shingles - the result of my neighbor's overgrown trees.  Mr. Kallenborn cleaned my gutters and came back about a week and a half later, after ordering new shingles, to fix the roof. I've had Mr. Kallenborn clean my gutters for the past few years and he always does a really great job.

I found a flyer on my porch about gutter cleaning and house and garage cleaning I called to get a time for gutter cleaning. He said he could come Friday after Thanksgiving and since I would not be home, would leave a bill. Asked if he would check chimney for tuck pointing. On the bill it showed that he checked the chimney and it was fine.

It took several weeks to have my call returned, but they eventually scheduled the work, showed up on time, and did great work for a good price.

We've used him for years and he's been great. His prices have been great too. All of a sudden, this year he's been completely unresponsive to us. I've called him numerous times and he just won't return calls.

HE CALLED THREE TIMES INQUIRING ABOUT CLEANING MY GUTTERS. WE CALLED BACK AND SAID TO GO AHEAD. HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE SATURDAY, BUT NEVER SHOWED UP AND DID NOT CALL.

HE CAME OUT AND DID THE GUTTERS FINE. HE DOES COME OUT AND DOES A GOOD JOB. HE MAY BE A LITTLE SLOW TO RESPOND. HIS PRICE IS GOOD.

I HIRED THEM TO CLEAN MY GUTTERS IN JULY. LAST WEEK ANOTHER CONTRACTOR FOUND FIVE DOWNSPOUT BRACKETS IN THE FRONT GUTTER. IT APPEARED THAT THEY HAD BEEN THERE FOR A FEW MONTHS. AT THE TIME OF THE GUTTER CLEANING, I ASKED KALLENBORN ABOUT A PROBLEM WITH THE WATER POURING OVER THE GUTTER. THEY TRIED TO SELL ME ON REPLACING ALL MY GUTTERS, WHICH WAS NOT NECESSARY. I FOUND SOMEONE ELSE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

FLUSHED DOWNSPOUTS & CHECKED. FIXED A BROKEN ONE. CLEANED GUTTERS. REPAIR IN ROOF. GREAT! SHOWED UP ON TIME. GAVE IDEAS ON FUTURE ROOF REPAIRS & FIXED. EXTREMELY REASONABLE.

CLEANED THE GUTTERS OUT, REPLACED DOWNSPOUTS PUT IN IMPROPERLY BY ANOTHER ROOFER, AND COVER GUTTERS WITH STRAINERS TO KEEP OUT DIRT AND DEBRIS. KEITH WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, & HE WILL GET ALL MEMBERS ROOFING & GUTTER WORK FROM NOW ON.
