WE HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH PATRIOT GLASS. THEY WERE VERY EASY TO GET ON THE PHONE, THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND THE MIRROR WAS DOWN WITHIN MINUTES WITH NO DAMAGE TO THE UNDERLYING WALL. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESS, AND THEY DISPOSED OF THE MIRROR FOR US. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

ORIGINALLY, TOOK EXTRA WINDOW SCREENS WITH THE BROKEN DOOR SCREEN BUT DID RETURN THEM WITH A COUPON AND AN APOLOGY. RETURNED ANOTHER DAY TO REPAIR FRONT DOOR AND ADJUST SHOWER DOOR. DELIVERING THE GLASS TOP NEXT WEEK. BOTH MEN WERE POLITE, QUICK AND REMOVED THEIR SHOES BEFORE GOING INTO THE HOUSE. THEY GAVE A FAIR AND DECENT PRICE FOR THE REPAIRS WHICH WERE SMALL AND A GOOD PRICE ON THE GLASS TABLE TOP. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE COMPANY AND AM VERY PLEASED.

THE TWO MEN WERE ON TIME. THEY REMOVED THEIR SHOES EVEN THOUGH THE POWDER ROOM WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR. I THINK THE PRICE THAT WAS QUOTED TO ME ON THE PHONE WAS SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN WHAT HE ACTUALLY CHARGED ME. I WOULD CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR MY GLASS OR MIRROR NEEDS. THEY GAVE ME A LITTLE CARD AND A BROCHURE SHOWING ALL THEIR SERVICES. PATRIOT ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS POLITELY ON THE PHONE AND CAME OUT WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THEIR CHARGE WAS FAR LESS THAN SOME OF THE OTHER GLASS PLACES I CALLED. SOMEONE ELSE WANTED $150.00 TO DO THIS JOB.

BOTH JEFF AND TODD WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, THEY SHOWED UP THE DAY AFTER I CALLED THEM TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THEY SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE TO DO THE WORK RIGHT ON TIME AND WERE DONE WITH THE JOB IN TWENTY MINUTES OR SO. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK AND I APPRECIATE THEIR QUICK RESPONSE TO MY CALL.
