"Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

I immediately called Darwin Paredes on the phone and told him I would appreciate it if he would come over and look at the roof. I expressed my concern that the new shingles did not fully match the old ones. I thought it would be better perhaps if full shingles were used so that the patchwork would not be quite so obvious. I spoke with Darwin a few times and he said he would look at the roof. He did not come back to look at it. I left a few more messages on his phone's voice mail and sent him two emails. He did not respond."
