They arrived on time - inspected everything- cleaned the flue - test fired the unit and it?s ready for another 6 months of heat. They were great, kept the area clean where they were working. They are my go to company from here on out.

The reason that I did not give the service a 5* rating is the insane quote I received from them to reline my chimney flue that has a vertical crack in the tile- $ 8400 to reline a chimney is simply insane- but the guys that performed the sweep and inspection were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

We had a chimney rebuild and liner installed. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship, especially the brick match. Our home is 30+ years old and the rebuilt part of the chimney blended in perfectly.

Nice, polite, prompt, and clean-cut when they showed up. They did a good job of cleaning and inspecting. They were able to show the video of the entire inside of the chimney. Unfortunately for me, the prior owners wrecked beyond my budget to repair. I would have hired them to fix even though we do not typically use the fireplace except for special occasions. I really appreciated that they did not push hard to upsell their services.
