"Michael showed up early on in the process because I had a limb that was split within the tree, and I was concerned that it was about to break out and fall and cause property damage. He and his crew came out right away prior to a storm a couple of days later, (which would have certainly caused the limb to finish breaking within the tree), and got the limbs cut, not just on the tree of concern, but also trees in other parts of my yard.
