"He was so incredibly thorough and honest. After taking the time to drive 45 minutes to come give me an estimate, his recommendation was honestly to NOT do insulation. He said that the savings that i would incur would likely not outweigh the cost and the personal trouble/disruption of the process. I can not recommend him enough. "Devin was on top of all the text messages and emails as well. He was very prompt in replying which I liked very much. He showed up at the three (3) properties as he told me that he would. He assessed how much insulation is left in the attic and how much was needed. He took pictures of before the addition of new insulation and after the required new insulation was blown into the attic. He did include spraying of the attic after the new insulation was added to prevent critters from getting into the attic. Overall, Devin's total team of 3 did a very good job for my 3 properties.
