They are prompt to show up and get the job done, so that is good. On the negative side, their quality and attention to detail are not what I had experienced from my prior snow plow contractor. They don?t take the plow out to the very edges of the driveway, but they get the driveway open though. They said that the contract price was $72 for a month or $18 a push. There have been more than 4 pushes in a month because it is a particularly snowy winter. They were going to send me a contract, and did not; now I have got a bill for per push. It is much more than what the contract price would have been. I have to go back and talk to them about that. I would use them in the future but that would depend on how this contract comes through.

The workers were on time, professional, very kind, extremely helpful, and meticulous to detail. The yard looked great, and was finished in a timely manner for a great price. Mr. Casto has been a God-send, and has really helped me out in times of need. He does not price-gouge, he is always fair, consistent, and friendly. He adds a personal touch by checking in to make sure the job was satisfactory, and that all my home/lawn care needs are met. I really appreciate that any time we get a heavy snowfall, my drive is cleared before I even have a problem. This company is prompt and very reliable. I really appreciate his help, and will always use his services in the future. I'm grateful to Angie's List for finding this company! Thanks again.

My driveway was covered in about 10-12 inches of snow after a blizzard. The owner James was very prompt, had someone out to my house within the hour. The price was very reasonable, and the customer service was excellent. The driver was able to remove all the snow from my driveway, clear down to the pavement. Saved me a great deal of time (and pain), not having to shovel. I will be using their services again in the future.

I request that they are there before 6:AM when I have to leave for work. Price is per month. They are not great about returning calls.

"The member has been a customer of ours for more than 15 years. To our amazement, here we find this unfavorable review! We have given terrific service to her over the years and we had absolutely no idea she felt this way! In fact, since posting this review in 2008, she has renewed her snow plowing contract with us twice! There are plenty of contractors in this area which she could take her business to, but, year after year, she continues to use us! About us not returning phone calls, when the snow is falling we are out plowing!!! From the road, we listen to every message left by our customers and respond by getting someone to the location as quickly as possible to get the job done! Returning every phone call would slow down our service substantially! Since she seems to be less than satisfied, we have decided to stop doing business with her at the end of her current contract."
