Weather delays put us a bit behind but the job was done carefully and correctly and looks incredible. No more leaks and it’s like we got a new house! My only disappointment is tiny and that’s that due to the rain our back deck got a bit muddy and was left in this state- it’s only accessible from the inside so I didn’t really expect them to clean it but one of the workers had mentioned wanting to do so but it didn’t happen. This is me nitpicking on the smallest level. I would 100% recommend Tom to do any exterior project and if we ever end up installing skylights he will be our first call."

"We were trying to find somebody for over a year now to repair the paneling and to take care of the roof. We had a major roof issue with our sunroom. Originally we went down to Cincinnati to bring back a couple of panels for a four season sunroom. McMaken is a distributor for four season sunrooms. So we went down there and talked to James McMaken, the owner. We asked him if he ever did any work in Columbus. We were very impressed with him and it was a relief to be able to find somebody who would take care of the porch for us. So they came out a couple of weeks ago and took out all the shingles and put in the new panels. They also put new OSB boards on top of all the panels on the entire roof and re-shingled it. They also fixed some gutter issues that we were having. They are a family owned and operated business. They were very honest and it was kind of refreshing to work with people like that. Hopefully we don?t have any more issues, but if we have any more, then we will definitely use their services again."

"Handyman Matters did a great job of repairing very large hole in finished basement drywall including painting to match existing color.  Also installed vanity / sink / light fixture / mirror / baseboard / towel racks in bathroom plus painting the room.  Looks great, price was reasonable, and quality of work was very high.  The company was very efficient in producing quotes and meeting the promised schedule.
