The Advantage Roofing crew removed our gutter guards before removing two layers of old shingles. They replaced several sheets of roof decking. They cleaned up as they went along. They reinstalled one of our skylights using a new flashing kit. They installed new, 30 year dimensional shingles (hand nailed) after installing felt underlayment. They built up a couple of areas with shingles, that dipped down, to bring it up to a flat level. New valley flashing  was installed on both front and back valleys of the roof. New pipe collar flashings were installed and a new ridge vent was installed along the peaks. When the job was complete a giant magnet was used to pick up practically all nails that were on the ground.

"Tom was extremely responsive, very kind and talked us through the whole process. His crew were very nice and respectful and they worked hard all day long. Weather delays put us a bit behind but the job was done carefully and correctly and looks incredible. No more leaks and it’s like we got a new house! My only disappointment is tiny and that’s that due to the rain our back deck got a bit muddy and was left in this state- it’s only accessible from the inside so I didn’t really expect them to clean it but one of the workers had mentioned wanting to do so but it didn’t happen. This is me nitpicking on the smallest level. I would 100% recommend Tom to do any exterior project and if we ever end up installing skylights he will be our first call."
