He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. "Windows were good and in stalled was fine ,then business was sold and new owner was not responsive to a problem that arose with one window. A part broke and the new owner came out and said he would order the part. He set up an appointment for two weeks ahead at 12:00. He never showed. I called the guy 3 different times and he did not return calls. I called the past owner who got the pats for me but, I had to hire a third party to do the repair . The third party is on vacation and will do the work when he returns. The windows cost $2700.00. I expected better service then this. This is an update to my august review. After the previous review I received call from the owners assistant , she wanted to help correct the previous problem I had concerning a repair. The owner wanted to come out and correct the problem He came out ,got the parts that he needed and repaired the window . Any problem we had in the past has been corrected."

"1. They create a professional design video so I knew exactly what I was getting.... Yes VIDEO! 2. They tore out the old, bland concrete patio and laid down a beautiful stamped concrete pattern. 3. They stained the concrete to a color of my choosing and added a glaze! The pic below does not do the finished product justice. It was taken before staining and glazing. 4. Then they cleaned up the area. I LOVE my new patio. Only downside was some damage to my grass from the large, professional equipment used. But I will be hiring them again for more work. They are AMAZING!"

"Was not happy that they dod not have a simple "socket set" to disassemble my furniture, so took longer to load/ unload. Should have bought insurance, cause this little "oversight" caused some minor damage to my couch arm cushion which was ripped and leather backing too. I was told, "they are familiar with these types of moves," but that was not accurate."

Rich Phelps (owner), has provided me with several services over the last several months, including demolition and construction of a new detached garage, installation of a heavy duty drain in front of my attached garage, installation of ceiling access doors in my house, and rough in of a basement washer and dryer.

I can say with no exceptions that Rich's work has been excellent.  He is very concerned about quality, cleanliness, and detail.  The garage he built is getting comments from the neighbors about how good it looks, and that is only from the outside.  He has completely finished the inside, and it looks like a room in my house, not a garage.   He cleaned up everyday after the day's work was finished, and checked in with me regularly to let me know status.  The garage is a showpiece due to Rich's focus on quality and detail.

He did a great job installing the drain in front of my attached garage.  Prior to his work the garage was subject to water coming into it from heavy rains.  (my driveway which slopes into the garage).  After the installation, which also involved concrete work and tieing into existing drainage, there have been no more problems with water (we are just completing a record year for rain, and it is still coming.

All the other work has been done to my complete satisfaction.  In the rare case where something wasn't right, Rich called my attention to it most of the time and then fixed it.  As one small example of Rich's focus on quality during construction of the garage, the bottom of two trusses appeared to be out or alignment by about 1/2 inch.  I didn't even notice it but Rich did, and remedied the situation by cutting the nails holding the trusses that were out of alignment, realigned them, and then renailed them.   He was the only one that noticed it but that was enough.  There are other examples I could give but I believe this illustrates the point.

Rich continues to do work on my house including a closet expansion and remodeling, and nex year we will be building a large deck and screened in porch.  I have already awarded this work to Rich.

"I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and the experience was fine. They did exactly what they advertised to provide on Angie's List. I got the materials from them about a week after they were here. They came out about a week after I called them to schedule the service. They are a good provider. I think their market is to do stamped concrete patios so providing digital renderings is a good way to let them get their name out there a little. I have no complaints at all."
