I had a 20x20 stamped concrete pad poured last May. The communication from the beginning was terrible. Paid a deposit and didn’t hear anything for a few months. I started reaching out and finally got the job on the schedule after calling the owner multiple times. All was great until the snow melted and the surface color is coming off. I have been attempting to reach out since February and have not heard back. Multiple contractors when out for a deck have said they can tell it was an issue with the pour. If you want to waste money, this is the contractor for you. They only care about money. Don’t care about customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this “company” to anyone. Stay away from them.

No they are not professionals in my opinion

Jad to have my garage floor replaced and pad poured for my shed I'll be installing this spring. The experience was as promised and will use them for my rental properties this summer.

The sales guy was out to give us a quote fairly quickly and the project was started soon after we chose them. The project was completed fairly quickly as well but now, we're left with cracks in our concrete, a low point where the new concrete meets the old and they did not back fill and left us with a huge mess in our backyard. Not to mention the fact that the concrete sticks up a good 3-4 inches above the ground which would make for a nasty ankle twist or worst with having smaller children around. We've contacted them SEVERAL times expressing our concerns and we were told the crack would be fixed one week and the back fill the next and we haven't seen anyone yet. I would highly recommend NOT going with this company.

Some of the work requested was not done. Minor stuff from a technical standpoint they did OK with the installation of the concrete if you use them and it’s near your shrubs make sure you’re prepared to lose your shrubs, fencing for shrubs disappeared. Make sure when you’re getting a quote from them, that you put backfilling the concrete with the dirt, they dug up. Excessive dirt remain after the project was completed their equipment leaked oil on the existing driveway. Did not use a curing compound on the concrete just like everything else today they did a fair job but at extremely high prices. Would not use again.

They did a great job! Gave us a good price. They are a busy family company so it took a few months to get started but they are very professional and don’t mind being asked questions. I’d hire them again anytime and recommend them to anyone looking for high quality concrete work.

We had them tear out and replace our driveway and sidewalks. From the start to finish I made us very comfortable and the salesman Ron was so helpful and responsive through the whole project. We have referred James Concrete to all that ask us about our experience.
