"This is one top notch roofer. I had issues with condensation caused by poor ventilation in the attic. Warm moist air from the home condensed on the interior of the roof and dripped down onto the ceilings causing substantial damage. I had 3 roofers and my insurance company come out. The insurance company accounted the problem to ice damming and paid to have the ceilings repainted. VIctors called it what it was: condensation due to poor airflow in the attic. They showed me why it wasn't ice damming. They replaced the clogged ridge vents and noted that if it continues, which they thought unlikely, that the attic will need more airflow like an attic vent. They even came out for a second inspection at no charge to verify that the attic was sealed. On both inspection visits they spent 2 hours crawling through the large attic and climbing on the roof. What they didn't do was try to sell me a new roof like 2 other roofers did. In dealing with Victors, their office is always extremely pleasant. They will work to accommodate your schedule -flexibly. And they show up on time and clean up after the work. To boot, when I paid my bill, they sent me a Starbucks card to say thanks. Nice touch! Top notch service for which they can be sure to be on my call list when the roof needs to be replaced in a 4-5 years time. I wish all contractors would operate like Victor's Roofing."

"I shopped around, was drawn to this company by their excellent reviews. And I am not disappointed. Excellent service, And amazing communication. I had 2 companies never return my phone calls, a couple to weeks to return my calls. I had a canvaser from this company walk up and ask if I wanted an estimate, within a few days Brandon the salesman was here and gave a thorough explanation after doing a home inspection. Then I was in constant communication with multiple representatives of this company. All were amazing. Devan the project manager kept me informed of progress of my job while I was at work and then came and took his time finishing up with me. Great company excellent communication."

"After a recent snow storm, we had some damage to the outside of our home. I spoke with Adam over the phone, and he was over the next day estimating the repair. Due to the weather, we both agreed to let it warm up to fix. Sure enough, the first warm day that we had, Adam was over and made the repair. He also sent me updates via text since I was unable to stay at home. While he was making the repair, he also noted another troubling issue of which he was able to dignose and help coordinate to fix. "This was by far the best experience we could have asked for. Our AC wasn’t acting properly, and as usual when something isn’t working it happens at the worst time (middle of summer). Our AC unit was outside of warranty and it was time for a new one. We looked around, were given long wait times and high prices from several other companies. MAP construction made time to fit us in for an initial inspection, detailed everything they would and could do to help the situation, and were extremely reasonably priced. They were on time when coming to start work, updated us on progress throughout the day, and the final bill was even a little under the initial price!! The in home technicians were respectful of our home, clean and very polite, professional, prompt and courteous. The owner, Matt, has even checked up on us to see if everything is to our satisfaction. This is a top notch company, and we will be using them again for any future projects."

"We had some questions about mold in our home after a home inspector found some areas of concern. Gil came out within a day of me calling for an appointment, examined the areas, and educated me on our options. He and his associate were professional,and explained things in layman s terms so that I could understand what we are dealing with. They were honest, not pushy, and alleviated my anxiety by answering my questions. Gil explained that our problem was not that bad, and there were simple things we could do ourselves to rectify the problem. "I had a pretty bad flood in my basement after the heavy storms that came through back in June. I realized that my sump pump was the reason so I needed to replace it. I wanted something with more horsepower and after doing some research, I decided an ejector pump would work best for my home. Tyler was very friendly and understanding of my situation. He told me about some options, gave me the literature and a fair price for what I wanted. He and his team were very professional and attentive and definitely knowledgeable about the equipment and installation process. I was a little apprehensive about going with a company that’s just starting out, but Tyler gave me a good feeling about their company and products.
