With a father who worked in construction before becoming a home inspector himself, Zack was constantly around construction growing up always learning from his father. Zack was in high school during 9-11 and felt the call to serve after graduating in 2004. He served as an infantryman with the United States Marine Corps from 2004 to 2010 with two tours of duty to Iraq with 1st Battalion 6th Marines. During his first deployment, he was the Point Man for his squad leading the Marines through the streets of Fallujah and Saqlawiyah. Zack was the first line of defense for the Marines he led from improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and other hazards. He took this passion to serve and his love of real estate and construction and formed Point Man Home Inspection to lead you to a safe and sound home.

I was worried about choosing the right inspector for my new home purchase, and somehow got extremely lucky in choosing Point Man Home Inspection. I purchased the home inspection, radon testing, and termite inspection as a package. Zach is an excellent and responsive communicator, and worked with me and the homeowner in setting up times/days that worked for us. But, most importantly, the effort and professionalism he invested in my home inspection allows me to feel secure in my purchase of this 70-year-old home; and to feel informed about work that may need to be taken care in the near future. The report he produces (very quickly!) is detailed, informative, and is complemented with photos and video. I highly recommend the services of this inspection company. Without reservations.

Zach was great for our home inspection. He answered any questions we had and even offered if we had more questions to contact him later after the inspection. He took pictures of everything that needed to be fixed and gave an explanation of the issues it was causing or could cause later.

More or less that I would say is, they are very easy to work with, and they also gave answers to all my questions. On top of that, they are also very thorough: they discovered something during the inspection that was not found out by the initial inspectors I've had before.

Our inspector Zach was very professional and super friendly. Made us feel good that he had our backs looking at every nook and cranny of our home. Thank Goodness everything he found was fairly minor and we were able to buy our forever home without the hassle. You can really tell Zach takes pride in his company and his inspections.
