Dave was extremely thorough with our house inspection. He let me walk through the house with him and explained everything he was looking through and provided great recommendations and tips for future maintenance to plan for. Dave was early to our appointment, very professional and kind. Dave even found a small gas leak in the basement and we were able to get the gas company to resolve the issue within the hour. A lot of inspectors would not have bothered to check. I HIGHLY recommend using Dave as your home inspector. We were extremely pleased with our experience.

Me. Morris was very thoughtful and patient throughout my home inspection. I was considering buying an older home that needed some work and he walked me through each item and gave me an idea of what it would take to fix the problem.
