"Overall, we had a great experience. The waterproofing job was great and works perfectly. The only downsides to our job were: 1) they were suppose to seal off the things in our basement so they didn't get dusty - the seal job wasn't good though so we are still cleaning everything off as we have time weeks later. 2) they were supposed to cosmetically fix some cracks, but it looks sloppy. They just took a caulk gun to it... In our consultation, they had mentioned they would do this pretty, smooth coating thing, which was not done. 3) they did not clean up well. Our floors had dirt all over them when they left and I had to sweep/mop myself. While the above things were annoying, the important parts of the job (the actual waterproofing) were great and look and work perfectly. So I would still give them an A."

Woody came out examined the foundation and masonry work and had an estimate with in one hour of getting my call.  Very knowledgeable about very old masonry work.  Work was completed in 2-3 days by himself and crew or 2-3.  Went to great pains not to damage neighbors newly stamped concrete walk between houses.  Clean up was very complete and the foundation looks brand new.  Definitely would hire again.  Does everything exactly as he says he will."
