Work was great, fast, professional and way cheaper than the other companies that gave us quotes. They made sure that they do the finishing touches and went back multiple times to check on the concrete. I recommend this company.

I can't express enough how much I appreciate the care, consideration, and work ethic of Miguel and his crew. They checked in with me at every step of the concrete project around our new pool patio, staircase, walkways, and upper patio, making sure I was happy with their work. I work from my home office and witnessed their attention to detail throughout the entire process. I have already recommended Fastrack Concrete to my family and friends. Miguel and Aleici were absolutely amazing! They responded quickly to our request for a bid and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for us. We tend to work late into the evening but they didn’t hesitate to come out at 6pm to meet with us. They gave us a very detailed estimate and answered all of the questions that we had. Aleici was very quick to return texts and phone calls and handled everything with the city. She made this entire process so incredibly easy for us. Miguel and his crew arrived to demo our current driveway on time and made sure to leave everything cleaned up and ready to pour our concrete. The guys arrived the next available day (due to weather) and completed our driveway in one day! The finished product is absolutely beautiful! Everything exceeded our expectations and we already have 2 other projects for them to do for us! We are so grateful to have found such an amazing company to work with.

I was very pleased with the job done by Fastrack. From start to finish Miguel and his guys did a great job. If you are in the Dayton, Ohio area and have a concrete flat work project I would definitely consider Fastrack Renovations. They even came back and repaired and seeded all of the ground that was disturbed. And worked at a reasonable rate. 5 stars.

They showed up on time to give me a quote, I had other companies that did not show up on time, or not show up at all. They were very friendly, paid attention to the details of how I wanted my driveway extension. They worked with my budget, and did more than I even requested. I liked the special design at the bottom of the driveway. Miguel, was also nice in adding my last name on the concrete, I ran to hobby lobby and got wooden letters to stamp the concrete . They did an amazing job, and looking forward to hire them for other jobs, also some of my neighbors were impressed with my driveway, they asked them if they could do a project for them already.
