"Consumer Alert!! Buyer beware!! This spring we hired Roofsmith to install a new roof on our building. A condition of the contract was the manufacturer would need to stop out to the job site to inspect and certify the installation in order to receive the warranty. Roofsmith never had the manufacture inspect and certify as promised. The roof leaked within a few weeks of installation. As a result, we started to increase the frequency and intensity in which we requested the roof to be properly certified. We received excuse after excuse with no action taken. We began to contact the manufacturer directly and we discovered that Roofsmith did not use the materials that we contracted to install. They pulled a classic bait and switch scam with inferior grade products. We are now in the process of litigation with Roofsmith because of their faulty workmanship, false claims and fraudelant acts. "The worst experience of my life. We signed a contract for supposedly CHAMPION siding. The salesman gave us Champion siding brochures and went on to explain why Champion siding( factory direct) was the best siding on the market. They were thousands of dollars more than the next quote but we thought we were getting better siding and insulation. They delivered the same siding all the other s had quoted from a local lumber company. When we called to complain they did not care and refused to cancel the contract without us losing our 30% down payment. Like it was our fault. When I threatened legal action they said I would never be able to prove it in court. We were stuck and got screwed out of thousands of dollars."

"Save yourself time, frustration And money. Really honestly. I wish I never came across this company. signed our contract in april 28 2021. My “top of the line” 5 season sunroom… still not finished . Always waiting on parts, crew to come out etc. there is always an excuse with these business owners. Buyers, neighbors, friends … beware doing business which such company. Horrible communication doesn’t even do it Justice. We have had a wreck in our backyard since July 2021! It’s now March 2022 ? Check out these photos of how the aluminum conducts the cold air through as well as the windows causing it to freeze, yes frost on inside. Now in the day when worms up, there is literal puddles on our flooring, that we are wiping down daily to absorb all the moisture. This is with us having two dehumidifiers non stop on. I mean we live in Ohio, they claim you can use this all year round. What a joke ."

If you have wood decking, there are several common deck problems that you might encounter. For example, your natural wood boards may fade over time due to things like sunlight, weather, and debris. While not as important to the structural support of the deck as the rail posts, they play a critical role in ensuring the deck is safe to use by closing in large gaps in the railing.
