"I like their service although it's kind of hard to know how good they are because I never had a burglary, so I don't even know. I would say, they are very helpful when you call them although their website is very confusing. One side is okay but it doesn't give you enough information like it doesn't tell you specific details, so I kept calling them to find out what is near, if it's the right place bu they really help with that and I told them that. I though that they try to be helpful when you call them and they respond quickly to your calls so I think that's good. They also have Saturday hours which is good. Their customer service seemed pretty good. There was once false alarm here, so they immediately called the sheriff and so that was good but the sheriff was upset about that. They are professional."
