Called on a Sunday and my message was returned withi minutes! The lady was very helpful and walked me through the issue. Sent someone out the following day and it was fixed in no time! Didn't try to sell me on a new unit which was very old. Works fine now

One service man came out on a day when I was unable to meet them but my brother was able to be there.  My brother said they just swapped the eyes checked and lubricated everything and it worked when they tested it.  I was skeptical, the first time I tried it the door reversed again.!!!  It seemed to be less temperamental, (reversing about 1 out of 5 times) but still was not right.
I called back and they agreed to come back free of charge. This time they brought a 3 man crew.  In minutes, the senior member of the crew was able to deduce that there were wires from the eyes that were exposed and were crossing occasionally when the opener vibrated too much. He reworked the wiring and had it fixed within 10 minutes of arriving.  It has run perfectly in the month since.

Our garage door "suddenly" decided it did not want to rise above 12" and both of our vehicles were parked in the garage. We were, essentially,  trapped. A critical doctor appointment was scheduled for early in the morning on the next day, so we called Christy at Bob Van Hoose Garage Door Sales & Service and explained the situation. It would  have been best for them to schedule us for service for the next day, but given the circumstances, Christy managed to have a team to our house in less than an hour! Three professional technicians quickly fixed the problem and were here and gone in under half-an-hour! We breathed a huge sigh of relief and are VERY grateful to Christy and the Bob Van Hoose team for service above and beyond the normal call of duty.

Removed old heavy garage door and hauled away and installed a new beautiful insulated garage door with windows.  The crew was timely and professional.  They cleaned up well and everything went smooth. 

Overall the process went exceptionally well. From the initial contact to the door replacement to the job site clean-up was very professional. Bob's team did a great job... The estimate and final cost to replace the garage door was right on target. I would gladly recommend Bob's companny in a heart beat.

Sunday night, my garage door would not open. My son-in-law told me it was the opener.  I called Mr. Van Hoose & left a message describing the problem.   The next morning he called me back.  (This is the 2nd  or 3rd time I had used his company for repairs for this door which was about 11 years old. (I had talked with him a week or two earlier about possibly replacing the door.)  Mr. Van Hoose said he could come out on Wednesday to install the new door.  However the new door came in on Tuesday morning.  He called me & told me they could install it today if it was convenient.  His crew was here within the hour.  They installed the new door & opener & cleaned up.
A couple of nights later my neighbor called to inform me my garage door was open.  I called & left another message for Mr. Van Hoose that there was a problem.  He called the next morning & told me he would send someone right out.  The men showed up within an hour with a brand new opener which they installed - no questions asked.  They said they would rather replace the opener than take a chance that the mechanism could possibly be defective.
I am extremely pleased with the whole experience.
Over all, I'd totally recommend Bob Van Hoose & his crew for quality & service for any garage door and/or opener. They were very professional & courteous.

This experience went great as usual!  I have several rental properties and have used them several times over the years.  I called to let them know the spring was broke on my home garage door and I was told that they would be able to either be here that afternoon or the next morning.  I received a call back a few hours later stating they could be here in a half hour.  Jason and Brian showed up got to work and finished the job quickly!  I have always been very happy with their promptness and efficiency!

Excellent. I called monday morning and they were there monday afternoon. Only took about 1/2 hour and were quiet and polite while there. They even gave my fiance some tips on prolonging the life of the new springs. I will definitly call them back for any garage door needs.

We had 2 separate problems with our garage door this summer. Bob and his son came out and fixed problem promptly and no problems. One was during after hours with no extra charge. Fair prices and good service.
