"I matched with CG3 on Angi and reached out after our generator did not kick in when we lost power. The generator came with the house so we did not know what to do with it. "Chris and his assistant did an excellent job of explaining the situation and options for repairing or replacing our hot water heater. In the end we chose to replace it and they were able to secure a new unit and install it within 3 hours. "Fabulous Relatively new in town, needed an electrician. Checked Angie's list and four providers popped up. Mr. Electric called me within minutes of my request on angie's list and I got an appointment that day. They were not only prompt but had sent emails with the name and picture of who was going to show up at my door. Brandon, was phenomial. He was honest, and patient and told me what was going to happen each step of the way. We had to wait for the power company to show up and turn it off at the street. He waited without complaint. He got the job done, he did not try to gauge me( although it was already expensive) but he explained to me what the problem was and why it needed to be done. I will recommend this company and Brandon always. I trust them explicitly. Even the manager showed up during this process. I felt well taken care of. Don' t look elsewhere, you are in good hands with Mr. Electric"
