"I expected people from Greystone Interiors Company to be more upfront.  I haven’t dealt with a lot of remodeling people before.  However, I had a basic idea of what I wanted but they didn’t ask for my inputs.  They put in a wrong window; they didn’t inform us before they installed it.  I was expecting them to be more professional.  It was poor communication from their side.  One doesn’t go through remodeling every week so they should anticipate what information they should provide the owners with.  I would not use them in the future. "

The company reached out promptly after I purchased the big deal with an estimated service window for my area. I asked if we could be pushed to the end of that window, and they were happy to do it. J. Rush kept me up-to-date when weather delayed their plans, but the service was still performed within the original timeframe indicated.
