"Friebel reviewed our needs and made some good recommendations for a paver stone walkway, and our new landscape wall using eddington stone and charcoal caps, which became a theme for our new front path and rear patio, landing, and steps off the deck. Friebel's quote were professionally prepared, and were very reasonable (compared to other larger commercial landscapers). The work was efficient and well-timed, as we had numerous other projects going on at the same time."

Chris and his crew meticulously restored the concrete and reused all of our pavers which were still in good shape. "Of several firms contacted for an estimate, owner Ron Diersing was the only one who gave me a firm estimate, as well as a detailed explanation of what he would do.  he gave me a courtesy call the night before the job and 30 minutes before arriving.  Despite 98 degree heat and a job site that required hauling in buckets of cement by hand, Ron and his brother finished in 1 day, with a few touch-ups the following morning.

I am over-the-moon happy with the porch pad replacement.  It looks great, drains water away from the house, and evens out what was a jarring step from the house and to the back steps.  And they did minimal damage to the surrounding garden.

I was slightly less happy with the low retaining wall across the front of the property, mostly because it was poured on top of  the sidewalk rather than the yard, as I'd requested.  And also because it did not have permanent drainage holes built in. (When he stopped by the following morning, Ron drilled several holes at the base of the wall for drainage.)  To be fair, we did not discuss the wall in as much detail, and I did not come out and check the forms as they were setting them up, which could have headed off the problem.

When Ron gave me the estimate, we discussed the broken curb and he eplained the difference between patching and replacing the curb, and I said I would probably have it patched at a later date.  Altho' it was not part of the original estimate, at the end of the day he patched the worst spots at no extra charge.

Overall, I was happy with the job, the price and the overall experience."

"The owner Jody, his family and employees were very professional and easy to work with. The price for the work was very reasonable. The quality of their work was excellent. I would recommend their services to others. I was able to pick out and pay for the bricks I thought were the best match for the chimney. The amount I paid for the bricks to the brickyard was reduced from the estimate. We had a cube of bricks that we did not use, so the brickyard came and picked up those bricks and I paid Jody the refund I received from the brickyard. Jody's son and a coworker also installed a new chimney cap for $45 and replaced our a Lyemance Energy Saving Damper for an additional $300. We have received compliments from our neighbors on the new chimney."
