"I found them on Angie’s List. He showed me pictures of everything and what he took out. He showed me the work and it wasn’t like made up or anything. He took pictures before and after on the roof of the part that was rotten and after he redid it. I was happy with him. I looked afterwards and there was no complaint. They did it in a timely manner, like they said they would. There were rain delays and it wasn’t their problem. They never tried to change the price on me. They cleaned up like nails and stuff in the driveway. I checked the driveway and there weren’t any nails or anything. They did a pretty good job. They did fine and it was a good job. I did have other estimates and they were okay. They called and asked if anything was wrong, and it has been a year. They got delayed and the work got a little hurried but it was damp and they couldn’t get to it. They did everything they were going to do. They didn’t try to cover and not replace certain things to make more profit, and I see all new gutters and everything."

"Over the past 13 years I have had numerous contractors work on my 7 rental properties. but Gary Brown has surpassed them all in quality of craftmanship, time taken to complete the job, and price. For this project he and his crew did the following: Sided (vinyl) and reroofed a laundry room addition, reroofed one side of the main roof, power washed and stained the deck, reinstalled faulty gutters, and came up with a creative solution for the six columns that hold up the front porch, adding metal "feet," and wood trim and then painting them and the entire porch, making the neighbors very happy. The roof over the laundry roof had to be raised to give it a better pitch, something I hadn't thought of as a way to stop the leaking once and for all. Gary sent me digital Before and After pictures from his computer. This was great because I live 10 hours away and couldn't actually visit the site. These guys really are professional, and they completed everything in 4 days! They also did a few extra details that I hadn't asked for to make the total curb appeal especially sharp. "The Job started as scheduled with five workmen on the roof @ 8:00 AM.  They removed old roof vents and cut in for the requested Ridge Vent and the Roof started taking shape.  The Roofing turned out great, but the supplier had shorted them a couple of peaces of trim.  At this point, I requested some additional gutter edge trim that had not been included in the original estimate.  All trim materials had to be ordered and was install a few days later.
The Contractor was very professional, honest and did an excellent job, including the cleanup.  I have to give Bazell Construction a 5-Star Rating, as they did a beautiful job that adds value to my home.
I have also contracted Bazell Constr. to do a partial Siding Job and some other odds and ends Jobs.  They are the B E S T ! ! !
