After contacting them through their website, I was contacted the next day to set an appointment for an estimate. They worked with my schedule and I met with Brian within 5 days. I explained to Brian my problem and they developed a plan to solve it . I had an proposal in 3 days. After I sent my down payment and they put me on their schedule, Shannon their office manager contacted me every Friday to keep me updated that they were still coming on that date. Jeff their engineer, came to my house a week before work was to start to go over the work to be performed and answer my questions. Their work crew was very friendly and professional. The installation occurred a few weeks later. Three employees used a machine to dig a trench in my backyard, and then because of utility lines, they hand-dug another trench in my side yard. They installed the pieces of HydroBlox and covered them with dirt. I expect the HydroBlox to properly drain the water from my yard, but if they do not, then I will update my review in the future."

"I was not very pleased with this company. We were told we would have our landscaping and wall finished by Halloween. Halloween came and went. Then, by Thanksgiving, then, Christmas. Finally, Valentine’s Day it was finished…kind of. The men were not consistent. The men from Mexico were really hard workers. The others, well let’s say they showed up. There was never the same crew. Men kept being pulled off of our job to go work on others. I took pics of some of the younger guys on their phones laying in the neighbors grass and it wasn’t lunch time. Two hour lunches and then the guys would sit in the truck from about 3:15 or so and drive off at 4:00. We had to finally ask them to clean up their bottles/trash because it was out of hand. My flower beds only had about 4 inches of soil. The “top supreme” soil was a mixture of clay/dirt. The ground cracks if not watered daily. Some days there was only one young man working. For over $100k, we expect better. Wouldn’t hire them to mow my lawn."

Installing a heated driveway is often worth the cost because it will significantly boost a home's value, especially in areas that often suffer from heavy snow and freezing temperatures. Even if you only install the basic components and never activate the heating system yourself, giving the future buyer an option to finish the system can still increase your home’s value.

Compared to a 10x20 concrete driveway costing between $800 and $3,000, a resin bound driveway of the same size costing $3,900 to $4,000 is the more expensive option. However, the cost still makes resin a cheaper option compared to a 10x20 paver driveway costing an average of $12,000.

Interlocking pavers offer a number of advantages over regular pavers. For instance, they’re more durable, more resistant to shifting, and easier to repair. There are also permeable options that allow for drainage. However, interlocking pavers are more often more expensive than regular pavers and are prone to growing weeds over time.

If your driveway is cracked, you can repave it with a process called asphalt overlay. Overlay is more cost-effective than a full replacement but is better suited for minor cracks and issues. If you have major cracks or other problems like water pooling, asphalt overlay isn’t your best bet. Plus, paving over a cracked driveway only extends the lifetime by about 10 years, whereas replacing it would start the clock over completely to give you up to 30 years.

Your driveway contractor will probably recommend that you avoid driving on your new millings driveway for up to a week. Keeping pressure off the freshy applied millings will help the driveway to bind together. While the sun is helpful for binding millings, hotter weather can actually make the curing process take longer.
