"I recently hired Tri State Complete Home Repair to install a step and hand rail to my sister's home for easier access. Tri State Complete Home Repair responded right away and within 24 hours of my search! Tim listened to my concerns and came up with a solution that works very well. So well in fact that I had them come to my house the next day and install hand rails at the entrance of my home. The workmanship was great and Jim, the carpenter was wonderful! He listened to our concerns, came up with a plan and made it work! The job he did was sturdy and very secure. The job site was totally cleaned up afterwards. "Excellent, we could not be more pleased. We hired Nathan after multiple issues with 2 other service providers (big box stores) to do a kitchen counter replacement. We were impressed with his knowledge, his high service level and his overall consultative advice and expertise. Very fair price and his team were friendly and professional. Nathan worked with us regarding a few challenges we faced with the countertop we chose, he was honest and willing to partner with us. We were most impressed with his patience and help. This was a minor refresh with some issues and he gave us great service despite the fact this was not a major project for him. In a day and age when good contractors are hard to find, Nathan and his team renewed our faith in honestly good workers. Most importantly, he was hand in hand managing his team the day of the installation right in our kitchen. His ownership and confidence were impressive. We really appreciated all the effort and quality work."
