There are lots of samples in the store and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are very honest with showing you a less expensive item that looks just as nice as a more expensive fixture. They communicate very well and let you know when you order is in.
They installed the shower wrong there was a leak from the shower. They tried to say it was a manufacturer defect but in fact it was just installed wrong. They had the opportunity to look at the specifications but they did not. I had to pay for two service calls but they did not fix the issue...
