"The Salesperson (Stephen) is great to deal with, although, at times, very difficult to contact. This is understandable as he is not only managing his Employees but the Sales portion as well. The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. "First of all i spoke with a lot of guys that are in this field of work. I feel like its a sales "Cat and mouse " game with them all for the exception of Across town foundation co. They are so laid back what a great feeling  ZERO pressure.  The price was amazing . The work started early and the guys stayed on it hard till the end of the day. "We appreciate Cougar Construction fitting us into their schedule, as it is a very busy time of the year.  We had a new back door installed by a different company.  Unfortunately, the slightly taller (standard) door did not clear the soffit in our 1950's kitchen, so we could only open our door half way.  We were hoping the soffit could be modified versus having to remove it and repair the ceiling and walls.  Cougar Construction only needed to modify the soffit, and they quoted us a very fair price.  Because our house was built in 1950, every wall and soffit is built with plaster.  This made the job more difficult, but Cougar Construction gave us a result that looks great.  They also replaced the trim around our back door.  They did a great job and paid a lot of attention to detail.  We are very pleased and will definitely use them again...and we can open our door now!
