Home Building
Terrible. When someone is walking anywhere on the second floor family room and 2nd bedroom, there is a loud crackling noise heard directly below. It's so loud that it wakes you up in the master bedroom on the first floor. They claim it is normal joist deflection and refuse to fix it despite their one year warranty. This is complete garbage. The home was completed 6 months ago. Most unethical company I've ever dealt with. I built 2 other homes prior to this and never experienced anything like this. A warranty from a dishonest company is of no use. Use anyone but these crooks.
