There is a team atmosphere on the job. He has more long-term employees than I have seen in companies that hire tradesmen."

They tried a variety of blasting methods in order to scar the wood as little as possible and finally decided to use a heat gun, which worked well ,Shawn and his foreman kept going until I was satisfied with the job.
